they let him off without charge probably because they didn't get the big fish they wanted to fry or this man was acting as the gangs goafer, or he's a big noise that they are afraid to touch!

looks like there are a lot of revolving doors lately! the more the Gardai are put under pressure, the more searches they carry out. I say, put them under pressure and get them working on combating criminal activity for a change!
